		<description>Thanks for the clarification and links Tony. Sorry, "submitter" of this license. Will correct. The fact I didn't realize this is further evidence, imo, of the clique-ish nature of OSI. I'm clearly not privvy to the poorly lit cigar smoke filled rooms that is OSI. Nor would I like to be.</description>
